Nathan Houser (President) is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis, former Director and General Editor of the Peirce Edition Project, and a past president of the Charles S. Peirce Society. [Term of office as president began April 30, 2013]

Robert Lane (Secretary-Treasurer) is Professor of Philosophy at the University of West Georgia, Editor (Peirce submissions) of the Transactions of the Charles S. Peirce Society, and author of Peirce on Realism and Idealism (Cambridge UP).

André De Tienne is Professor of Philosophy at Indiana University - Purdue University Indianapolis and Director and General Editor of the Peirce Edition Project.

Kathleen Hull is editor (with Richard Kenneth Atkins) of Peirce on Perception and Reasoning: From Icons to Logic (Routledge).

James Liszka is Senior Scholar at the Institute for Ethics in Public Life and Professor of Philosophy at the State University of New York, University at Plattsburgh, and the author of A General Introduction to the Semeiotic of Charles Sanders Peirce (Indiana UP) and Charles Peirce on Ethics, Esthetics and the Normative Sciences (Routledge).

Kelly Parker is Professor of Philosophy at Grand Valley State University (Michigan) and the author of The Continuity of Peirce's Thought (Vanderbilt UP).

T. L. Short is a past president of the Charles S. Peirce Society and the author of Peirce's Theory of Signs (Cambridge UP) and Charles Peirce and Modern Science (Cambridge UP).
